DJ: holds space in your tea house with joyful ambient vibes, delicious rest, and summer fun

Saunaema Thea Pruuli: guides your sauna and cold plunge with time-honoured Estonian ceremony

Yoga: Svasta Health yogi Andrea Huncar will salute the long summer solstice sun with you

2:15-3 Make your own sauna whisk preparation. Prepare for sauna.

3-6 Choose Your Own Adventure with guided sauna, yoga, and rest
